Ms. Pearce is Managing Director of the Financial Markets Association (FMA), a not-for-profit educational association comprising securities compliance professionals, risk managers, internal auditors, lawyers, regulators and service providers. She is responsible for the solicitation, organization, promotion, coordination and production of all FMA seminars. She also produces an annual membership directory and a quarterly newsletter, Market Solutions.

Before helping to establish FMA in 1991, Ms. Pearce served as the Assistant Manager of the Funds Management and Capital Markets Division of the American Bankers Association. There she identified and developed programs, products, and services related to capital markets activities for the Division and its constituents.

Ms. Pearce also served as the Vice President of Education for the Bank Capital Markets Association (BCMA). Prior to her association with BCMA, she was an Administrative Assistant to Senators Proxmire and Morgan. She holds a B.A. from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
